Saxophonist Ferdinand Doumerc, the leader of the French quartet Pulcinella, created his new power trio with keyboard player Bastien Andrieu and drummer Pierre Pollet. Their energy-fueled, melodic electro-jazz is full of catchy and persistent riffs, but also mixed with experimentation. Mowgli gives their passionate interpretation of an imaginary jungle with a frenzy and teeming sound-world.
