More than 30 years later, Enter reunited to craft a brand new concept album: “Awakening the Past”. With the spirit of the original vision intact, the pianist expanded the sonic palette with jazz fusion, orchestral arrangements, and modern production techniques such as a Virtual Orchestra, composing five expansive tracks (each 7–9 minutes long), with great contributions by the drummer and the other elements of the band, through three years of intense work.
